Testing the Samsung Galaxy S3 and how much the decibel (dB) level would get amplified. Tested with white noise using the Sound Form App and measured with the Sound Meter application from a distance of 2 feet.
S3 : 75-76 dBs
S3 with case trumpet closed: 80-81 dBs
S3 with case trumpet open: 86 dBs
10 dB difference!
